1. Information We Collect
We collect information in two separate categories:
- Account Data: Information you provide when registering as a Clicker.ma user (Name, Email, Payment Information).
- Tracking Data (End-Users): Data processed on your behalf through our tracking links. This includes IP addresses, User-Agents, ISP data, and timestamps.
2. Cookieless Server-to-Server (S2S) Tracking
Clicker.ma is built on a privacy-first, cookieless infrastructure. We rely entirely on Server-to-Server (S2S) postbacks and unique transaction IDs (TXID) rather than dropping third-party tracking cookies on end-user browsers. This ensures compliance with modern browser policies (ITP/ETP).
3. Data Controller vs. Data Processor
Under GDPR, you (the Clicker.ma customer) act as the Data Controller for any traffic you send through our links. Clicker.ma acts solely as the Data Processor. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate legal basis (such as consent or legitimate interest) to process the data of your end-users.
4. How We Use the Information
Tracking Data is strictly used to provide analytics, attribute conversions, and operate our Bot Protection Firewall (analyzing IPs and User-Agents to block fraudulent traffic). We never sell, rent, or share your campaign data with third parties or advertising networks.
