By accessing or using the Clicker.ma tracking platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Description of Service
Clicker.ma provides a Server-to-Server (S2S) performance marketing tracking infrastructure. We offer tools to analyze traffic, deduplicate conversions, and filter suspicious bot activity. We do not provide traffic, ad placements, or affiliate offers.
2. Lifetime Plans & Payments
Our "Lifetime" plans grant you access to the agreed-upon features and click limits for the lifespan of the software. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Clicker.ma product, not the buyer's lifetime. There are no recurring monthly fees for lifetime plans. Overages beyond your monthly click limit will require the purchase of "Pay-As-You-Go" credits to continue tracking traffic.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Clicker.ma to track, promote, or distribute:
- Malware, spyware, or phishing sites.
- Illegal content, including illicit drugs or weapons.
- Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without a refund.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Clicker.ma makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the platform, though we strive for 99.9% uptime.
